About The Role
As the Recruiter Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting processes and growth at our Philippines Hub. This role focuses on facilitating the flow of talent through the recruitment process and managing our pipelines. You will closely work with our Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment needs through the full-cycle recruitment activities for various hires. We want to continue building a positive and thoughtful candidate experience, as well as being one of the initial touchpoints for our candidates.
The successful candidate should be highly organized and have great time management skills, a customer experience mentality, and the ability to roll up their sleeves when the time arrives.
You'll be based primarily from home initially due to Covid, and should reside within the Metro Manila area. You should be willing to travel to our co-working spaces and work from the office once we have a space not located in a co-working facility.
You'll Be...
Screening candidates with in-person and online interviews, selling them on our company culture in the process
Partnering with recruiting and business stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience
Tracking and updating candidate status and interactions in our recruiting systems
Once travel is back, ensuring traveling candidates have a smooth trip onsite for interviews
Confirming new hires for our onboarding team
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
A liaison to employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
A promoter of our employer brand
Partnering with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and events
Sitting prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
What You Bring To The Table
Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1)
Experience using an applicant tracking system and other local sourcing channels
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and responsibilities are broad
High sense of urgency, customer-service driven, and team player mentality
Passionate for making people's lives better by matching them with awesome job opportunities
Friendly, helpful attitude and a love of collaboration
Exemplary ethics and integrity to maintain confidential information
