About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will lead a team of Operations Analysts and Senior Operations Analysts to complete daily reconciliation work. Ensured SLAs were met, assessed work allocations and made amendments based on capacity/tenure to increase efficiency of overall team.
You will perform and review daily and monthly reconciliations completed by Operations Analysts and Senior Operations Analysts, and provided constructive feedback and coaching on processes and quality.
You will support migration of existing clients from local Citco offices into Manila.
You will coordinate with other Citco office to standardize tasks.
You will deal with challenging situations with support of manager and VP.
You will contribute to team development by coaching, developing, and enabling Operations Analysts and Senior Operations Analysts to take on more responsibilities in addition to core tasks.
You will utilize work allocations as a tool to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reconciliations.
You will participate in performance reviews. Prepared written comments for final appraisals as well as delivering feedback to employees.
You will identify training opportunities for employees within the team.
You will act in the Manager capacity during manager absences.
You will deal with and resolve complex issues.
You will build relationships with multiple support groups for system issue resolution and trouble shooting.
You will participate in department initiatives to reduce risk; tested Recon Tools improvements; supported procedural updates while ensuring the team is provided adequate training on changes.
You will work with Manager to create efficiencies to decrease FTE requirements within the team.
You will work alongside the Manager to establish and accomplish team goals.
