About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will train and coach teammates on financial instruments, reconciliations software, processes and control checks.
You will develop an in-depth knowledge of systems and instruments and act as the Subject Matter Expert for the team.
You will maintain relationships with and independently respond directly to queries from other internal departments.
You will research and resolve complex instrument-specific and system-related issues independently.
You will review daily and monthly reconciliations completed by other team members and provided feedback on quality.
You will ensure a high-quality final product that will provide to internal groups through direct production or a review of the final product.
You will identify and escalate non-standard tasks to Supervisor and Manager.
You will collaborate with colleagues to achieve the team's goals.
You will support migration of existing clients from local Citco offices into Manila.
You will lead or participate in team-wide projects in addition to core deliverables.
You will identify and address workflow issues through collaboration with internal Citco departments.
You will implement work process review and improvement projects to deliver team efficiencies.
You will train new and tenure Operations Analysts on the purpose of controls checks and macros.
You will review and identify risk areas to Supervisor/Manager.
You will need to adapt to a dynamic environment, and applied knowledge in new situations such as team allocation and system changes.
