Responsibilities:
Verify billing statements from third party shipping couriers and process payment requests to the finance team
Verify cash remittances from third party shipping couriers and confirm deposits with the treasury team
Verify payments made with PayPal (payment gateway) and request fund transfer
Verify payments made to Zalora for photos
Monitor claims due to courier or fulfillment crew errors
Process voucher requests and reimbursements for payments made for props, return shipping, and miscellaneous expenses
Follow up with third party shipping couriers for timely remittance of payments
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, or other related fields
Advance skill in Excel functions (Vlookup)
Thorough in data checking
