They are providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Preparing financial reports.
I am assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in B.S. Accountancy
Computer literate and preferably familiar with Microsoft Office or other accounting software.
Has the ability to deal with different types of people in the organization
With mature disposition andability to perform effectively under minimum supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
