The Real-Time Analyst (you!) is a critical component of support that will ensure our service providers, both internal and external, have the crucial data and reporting they need to best serve our customers in a timely manner
What You'll Do
Work remotely with local RTAs to ensure adherence and compliance of our Community Support Representatives in multiple countries, languages, modalities, and products, from Rides to Eats lines of business and everything in between
Intra-day management of service levels, site efficiency, and outage compliance within established parameters.
Produce reports that show performance at an intra-day, daily, and weekly level.
Achieve efficient collaboration with vendors and internal partners.
What You'll Need
Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in Workforce Management
Minimum 2 years experience in the BPO Industry
Advanced knowledge of Real-Time Management
Communication Skills - clearly delivers information to a variety of audiences
Reporting Skills - adept in using spreadsheets
Flexibility to work during weekend/night shifts
Bonus Points
Basic skills in Genesys or other similar tools
Experience in a Global Command Center (GCC) set-up

The GCC serves as the backbone of WFM at Uber via traffic control, real-time support, and short-range planning. With two site locations, the GCC team is the first point of contact for multiple BPO partners across the globe supporting over 20,000 agents.
