Company Profile: A multinational business outsourcing company providing services through different communication channels, e.g. phone, e-mail, chat..
Job Requirements:
at least 1-2 year of experience as Real Time Analyst
Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Job Responsibilities:
Gather/generate reports and provide daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports
Collating and updating the raw database for reports.
Respond to daily incoming requests
Monitor real time queue and schedule adherence monitoring and reporting
Accepts call ins for absences and sick leaves and updates tools and officers involved.
Report intra-day schedule changes to the Account Supervisor/Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
Create and Maintain agent level schedules and attendance reporting.
Ensure that all reports will be submitted with complete and accurate information.
Upload monthly data to client's web based application and Deliver reports on time
Collect and read raw data, and prepare & generate presentation
Maintain collection and tracking of data and records of contacts and results on a daily basis.
Answer and explain simple questions on standard reports and real-time monitoring concepts, issues and processes
