Search for buying, selling, rental leads through all possible mediums and platforms
Handle pre-and post-sale documentation for real estate assets of our buying and selling clients
Documentation: paperwork and marketing materials
Scout for real estate products requested by our clients
Build relationships with prospect buyers and sellers.
Calling cards and other marketing materials will be shouldered by the company
You will have access to the company vehicle for site tours and the company office for work and client meetings
You will have access to our buyer and seller leads after signing of certain agreements with the company
PRC Real Estate Salesperson license will be provided after good performance
Preferably College graduate, or must have finished at least 1 year worth of undergraduate units
Must be based in Cagayan de Oro City
With the background of Real Estate is an advantage but not required
Willing to frequently go on fieldwork
Must have a smartphone and a laptop
Ability to read and understand real estate terminology
Detail-oriented and a problem-solver
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive or equivalent
Ability to work independently
Ability to organize own timeline, schedule, and deliverables
