REAL ESTATE MARKETING SPECIALIST (EXPERIENCED)
 
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns.
Updating and managing social media profiles.
Manages website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
Markets and demonstrates product, also negotiates contracts with potential clients.
Handles customers effectively and professionally via outgoing sales call to offer products at regular and special prices to increase sales volume.
Expanding channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To be assigned in ML main bldg. here in Cebu City. Aspirants from Cebu or residing in Cebu will be prioritized.
