Responsibilities:
Managing, reviewing, and securing completion, compliance, and submission of all real estate transaction files, documentations, and addenda
Coordinating updates and maintaining consistent communication to clients, agents, lenders, and other associated parties in the transaction for reminders
Managing timelines and follow-up plans with associated parties on real estate transaction
Monitoring contingency periods, deadlines, and milestones from contract to close
Coordinating requirements and details for closing
Securing follow-up, feedback, and review for completed transactions
Managing communications with leads, clients, and vendors
Managing schedules and calendar appointments for the team
Assist with all marketing activities within the real estate sales team
Develop marketing strategy for improved online presence and traffic
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Create layouts and design for all branded marketing materials and elements
Plan and implement marketing campaigns upon approval
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, with proactive measures for tracking and contingencies
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate administrative assistant, or other similar position
Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, and SEO management
Familiarity with social media algorithms
Experience in content creation, graphic design, and video editing
Proficiency in AuthentiSign, DocuSign, or other similar platforms ia an advantage
Willingness to learn with high motivation at work
Adept organizational and time management skill
Ability to adapt to change and manage time in high-pressure situations
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
Work Hours and Schedule: Canada MDT, depending on the client
Requirements:
Must have at least 10MBPS Internet Connection, a high-quality mic, and a relatively fast computer with a webcam.
