Responsibilities
To ensure rate maintenance requests are executed to the highest quality standard in accordance with defined data standards and agreed timelines.
To participate, investigate and identify the attributes that are needed to support the business and set the characteristics of the data element.
To provide assistance to the Master Data Manager/Team Leader relative to rate maintenance initiatives and tasks.
To drive process improvement initiatives through process standardization and best practice sharing.
To manage the relationship with internal and external partners through regular engagement and handling of day to day transactions.
To secure working Business Continuity Plan model and ensure business continuity at times of contingency
