Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Candidate must possess at least 2 years working experience as RNO Engineer/Optimizer or specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Will be assigned at Cebu Area
Performs parameter audit, neighbor audit and recommends neighbor addition/deletion based on review done
Analyses KPI issue, check on all KPIs not passing the target
Works on KPI issues, provide resolution, recommends parameter change, physical optimization etc
Collaborate with DTA, DTE engineers to ensure site KPIs will meet customer requirement
Improves and manages KPI performance based on the KPI target
Daily KPI performance monitoring, analysis and optimization
Neighbor and Parameter Audit/Optimization
Generates xml scripts
Alarms Monitoring, Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting
Understands and ensures that customer planning and optimization strategy were implemented, e.g. layering strategy, idle mode reselection strategy, etc.
High level of expertise in Huawei 2G/3G/4G parameters, counters, KPIs and features.
Covers tasks such as performance audits, quality and capacity optimization, parameter planning, network feature testing and introduction in the network, network statistics analysis, troubleshooting and performance / capacity management.
