Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering course
Computer literate and good interpersonal skills
With at least 2 years esperience, 1 year of which came from relevant experience in Telecom Company/ Industry
Should have a relevant experience in Drive Test
Good hands on experience for all DT KPI's and 3G
Very familiar to all process for Drive test, analysis and optimization
Should have a vast experience in DT analysis and report making
Experience in modernization and swap processes
Good knowledge of parameter optimization
Providing solution for congestion, call drop rate, handover failures call, call set up success rate
Good experience to handle all KPI's and analyzing the cause for degradation
Good knowledge of alarms, reports, counters and KPI formulas
Team Player
