QUICK BOOKS ONLINE ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST
Location: Anywhere across Phillippines
Role: Freelance Full-time remote
Work Schedule: US day shift/ Phillippines Night Shift
Pay rate: 40000 PH Pesos Per month

Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
-Processor - Core i5 or higher
-RAM - 8GB or higher
This is a remote full-time freelance position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information
Reconcile the company's financial records to help ensure the accuracy of financial statements
Prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals
Post financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statements
Study financial trends to determine future business needs
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficient skills in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
Keen to details and can work with minimal supervision
