Position Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor Head is responsible for preparing preliminary cost advice, project feasibility study, developing cost planning and budget establishment, budget cost control, monitoring of contractual documentations and tendering procedures.
Job Responsibilities * Establish and improve the cost accounting and control system
Responsible for cost planning and determining the overall coast control index
Responsible for cost budget, analysis, control and operation system audit and supervision
Prepare dynamic assessment report of cost management, provide relevant financial management information and suggestions
Consistently manages daily operations through MEPF, Architectural and Structural work standards and budget to achieved approved completion dates
Review the accuracy of project contracts and evaluates the technical aspects of tender offers
Implements MEPFS, Architectural and Structural work standards and guidelines and recommends cost efficiency measures across all construction stages in consultation with consultants, contractors, and other concerned trades
Managing of quantity surveyor team.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Licensed Engineer
More than 10 years working experience in cost management, and at least 5 years working experience in large real estate developer, with strong team management ability and professional auditing ability
Preferably with tenured experience in handling Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, architectural and Structural Quantity Survey.
Proficient in bidding, procurement, budget and contract under the Philippine legal framework, and familiar with dynamic cost management system.
Familiar with the material/labor/machinery and equipment prices in Philippines
Familiar with cost indicators and calculation rules in Philippines
