  Manages the production and delivery of materials based on plans given by the Quantity Engineer (ie. rebars, hollow blocks, precast canals, etc.)
o    Computing quantities for production
o    Scheduling and monitoring of production
o    Approving items for delivery to sites
Conducts quality control of the materials produced, with support from the Materials Engineer
Liaise with the clients and Project Engineers on necessary revisions to plans and costs
·         Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
·         Must have prior experience in construction quantification, specifically in horizontal construction
·         Must be proficient in AutoCAD and other quantification software
·         Should possess good interpersonal skills
·         Should have good written and communication skills
·         Can lead and direct a team
·         Must be proficient in computer office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
·         Must have high willingness and commitment to meet deadlines
Is trustworthy and honest dvises Quantity Engineer on materials and design strategies
