A Quant Analytics Associate Sr Support partnership with key Stakeholders with strong understanding of underlying data.
Collaborate with business partners to formulate quantifiable goals; support strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals.
Develop and represent deep data knowledge to support performance monitoring and analysis delivery.
Design and deliver KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance.
Collaborate across functions and LOB's to drive Analytics and Insights .
Scope:
Participates in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function or department
Leads / coordinates aligned or directly managed resources
Responsible for decisions that are guided by policies or established practices and that generally will have limited impact on company revenues/assets
Functions as a lead contributor with advanced knowledge of area of specialization and significant exposure to broad department activities

Required Domain / Technical Expertise & Experience:
Generally 3+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field
PhD with 2+ years advanced analytics experience in large data environment or Masters with 5+ years advanced analytics experience preferred

Familiar with languages Python, R, SAS or Scala
