Create, test and maintain data and quote routines meeting standards for productivity, accuracy, timeliness,
Documentation, and communication
Resource person for all departmental tools and process
Keying and proofreading/testing data including but not limited to tables of data, territories, symbols, and calculation algorithm
Provide documentation for data and processes performed, convey/communicate information by statement or suggestion
Directly impacts the business through responsibility for quality of services provided by self or others.
Preferably but not required
​Proficient in proprietary programming language and complex testing processes for quote routines in accordance with
established standards and procedures.
Perform requirements analysis, code design and test plan design while meeting standards for timeliness and accuracy.
Provide second level support and issue resolution for internal and external customers.
Supporting documentation, work planning and management tracking needs by documenting code and computer
Programs, product and quote routine enhancements and operational processes.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably I.T, Computer Science, BS Math, or Actuarial Science Graduate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel
Good Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern with quote routines and product components
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Flexibility to adapt to changes in client and management direction
Must recognize when to escalate problems and accordingly to seek assistance, to ensure work and learning objectives are achieved within established standards
Temporary work from home but willing to train on site for the first 2 weeks.
Willing to work on site by March 2022
