Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of work experience Quality Assurance in a BPO Company.
At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager / Director.
Preferably with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification.
Open to work to different branches
Job Responsibilities:
Provide clear governance on quality tasks relative to insights generation and innovation
Develop requirements for Quality Assurance capability development and the maintenance of Quality Assurance skills and expertise
Driving reporting and analytics requirements for Quality Assurance management
Working with Service Delivery, Training, Organizational Excellence and Business • Development/Client Services to ensure readiness for new service lines, capabilities and processes across multiple geos
