Job Responsibilities
You will assist peers within a team capacity by monitoring Sabre queues, preventing and reporting errors on ticketing, commission collection, charges, and invoicing and will utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to arrange appropriate segments of travel and execute: Ticketing, Exchanges, Refunds, and Queue sorting
You will providesupport for questions related to air contracts, promotions, formats, and faringand will continually stay informed of all airline rules and regulations in addition to other industry requirements
You are responsible in post-checking invoices that were issued by the agents and sending coaching opportunity notes to managers when an error occurred after thorough investigation is made and you areIn charge of checking all Frosch APAC PCC Queues to assure that there are no missed ticket issuances
You will audittickets and making sure that the form of payment used, applicable GDS fees, service fees and commission are applied correctly
You will be responsive to internal and external client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up. Send out email communications on latest commissions, GDS processes and reminders to the agent team and provide creative ticketing possibilities to lower the total fare by split ticketing, around the world or circle pacific fares, often reviewing these with the International Rate Desk and will ensure that client travel policies are consistently followed and documented
You will trainnew hires and conduct refresher training of the APAC team when applicable or requiredand will project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies, providingpeer support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Previous experience working within a travel management company required
Prior native GDS use in Sabre is required
Strong background in Q/C, airline ticketing, and ticketing requirements and procedures is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb attention to detail and outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multi-task, pro-actively resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
Must have impeccable listening skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices within the travel industry.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, Secondary, or equivalent.
Prior, recent, and extensive experience as a Travel Consultant utilizing Sabre GDS
Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically, Outlook.
SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Travel/Tourism, Hospitality, or other related fields is preferred.
Certifications for Travel/Tourism.
Bilingual fluency including speaking, reading, and writing.
