HR GENERALIST - APAC
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an HR Generalist for APAC. As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The candidate must be able to provide strong administrative support in these areas to achieve positive employee experience and help deliver our ambitious transformation people strategy that enables the long-term growth and performance of the business.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, conducting assessments, and making job offers
Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, statutory benefits, and leave policies
Assist with the administration of the full spectrum of the employee life cycle process from hiring/onboarding to separation/offboarding
Process employee payroll, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
Assist in facilitating employee relations and engagement programs, including performance management and conduct
Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations across the APAC region and ensure compliance with local labor laws
Serve as point of contact for employee queries on policies and benefits
Work in collaboration with the wider global HR team in the delivery of the role
Work Schedule:
Flexible Dayshift (9AM to 11AM) with occasional mid-shift for global office coordination
Willing to work in Cebu City. Please note that this is a work on-site position.
Monday to Friday (excluding Philippines Public Holidays)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRDM, Psychology or a related field
Previous experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on Asia-Pacific region particularly Philippines, Singapore and/or Hong Kong
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in various APAC countries
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience in managing various HR facets in recruitment, benefits, payroll and/or employee relations
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
