Job Description
Performs routine quality checks and creates a preventive measure that helps to mitigate defects and achieved quality standards set by the company
Oversee quality product from initial stage ensuring the product is manufactured at the highest standard and ensure that workmanship of the product is feasible in production
Work with the quality team and Subcon on the process and workflow and monitor implementation
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Minimum Qualifications
College Graduate preferably Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology or any related Degree with extensive experience in garment manufacturing.
With relevant experience in garment manufacturing (QC, Line Leader), knowledge in pattern making or reading patterns, and experience in using an industrial sewing machine.
Willing to learn and to be trained
