With Headquarters in Vancouver BC, we are one of the fastest growing Fintech companies in Canada. As the company is growing, we are expanding our operations in Cebu, Philippines. We are looking for dedicated Quality Assurance Specialists that will help us in ensuring the quality of our business.
Position Overview: The QA specialists will listen and assess the calls from Credit Repair and Debt Relief closers. This role is for experienced QA specialists; individuals with prior outbound sales experience in the financial, credit industry, is an advantage.
Job responsibilities:
-Evaluate the phone quality of our customer service phone conversations
-Review, confirm, and report compliance with procedure requirements
-Leads and performs quality inspection , document findings by following audit processes and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes when required
-Acts as point of contact for updates on policies and procedures
Job qualifications:
-Must have at least 1 year work related experience in the BPO industry
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written
-With high sense of urgency
-Must be systematic and organized
Work From Home Requirements:
-Own computer with at least i3 processor or it's equivalent, with at least 8gb RAM
-Stable internet connection at least 20mbps internet speed
-Work headset
-Relatively peaceful work environment (free from dogs and chickens)
Details:
Shift: 2AM to 10AM Philippine Standard Time
Monthly Rate: Php 26,000-Php 28,000
