Job Description
This role is an important part of our Quality Assurance process, and aims to ensure that all sales and operational staff represent TSA and their Clients in a manner that is compliant with internal standards, as well as individual client procedures and legislation.
What will a normal day look like?
Review of voice recordings or data sets as per the quality assurance schedule and brief.
Assessment records completed via approved assessment methods
Reports all identified opportunities via approved feedback methods and process
Escalation of high severity non-compliance completed for all instances
Accurate information reported
To perform any other related tasks which may be necessary from time to time
Qualifications
Desirable but not required - 6 mos. to 1 yr. Quality Assurance experience in a BPO setting
Quality and Standards - Keeps detailed records of activities, discussions and agreed actions to ensure that information is accurate and prompt follow-up occurs where applicable. Monitors and follows up outstanding issues.
Complies with Quality Assurance requirements where applicable. * Product Knowledge - Detailed knowledge of the complete range of products offered. Some knowledge of competitor and substitute products. Ability to advise on consumer perceptions, market acceptance, etc of individual products.
Legislation and Regulatory Requirements - Basic knowledge of specific legislation, professional standards and compliance procedures relating to own work area. Recognise and distinguish standard legal documents.
Organisation and Planning - Usually plans daily work to achieve required tasks. Usually schedules appropriate resources and materials to achieve outcomes. Schedules appropriate resources and materials to achieve outcomes. Attends meetings on time, is respectful of others time allocated
Oral Communication - Ability to explain basic facts to colleagues. Able to interact in a range of circumstances, including effective use of the telephone
System and Application Knowledge - Ability to operate Personal Computer on LAN network. Familiar with Microsoft Office environment including Outlook, Mail, Word and Excel. Able to send and retrieve email, use calendars, retrieve and save documents on shared servers, create simple spreadsheets and word documents and attach to emails. Understanding of simple data entry in the Applications relevant to role e.g. Transact, Harmony, and Siebel.
Able to look up and retrieve data from said applications.
