Job Summary
The QA will be in charge of ensuring that quality of finished products from Finishing, Bread, Gelato and Hot Kitchen forwarded to Commissary Depot is at standard, well packed and labeled prior delivery to Stores.
Job Description
• Thorough checking and inspection of finished products to make sure the right quantity and kind of product is produced
•  Preparing of finished goods for delivery to Stores
•  Ensure that correct finished products are delivered to Stores
•  Maintaining the facility's (Depot) cleanliness, sanitization, and organization
•  Reporting of substandard products
•  During slow periods of your day, helping out other departmental areas.
Job Qualification
•  Related experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or Food Technologist
•  Previous work as an assistant in logistics in a sizable warehouse.
•  The ability to easily handle and manage delicate stock.
•  Effective teamwork, memorization, and communication skills.
•  The ability to diligently carry out your responsibilities, especially under pressure.
