Mission
You will be responsible for extensive testing/quality assurance for any existing and new WordPress + WooCommerce projects and collaborating with the project manager and developers throughout the development process from testing to escalation, to refine and groom requirements, design test cases, perform both manual and automated testing, cross browser and platform testing, and serve as a champion of quality within the team.
You will constantly be looking for ways to improve our processes and procedures (QA/testing phase) by developing, maintaining and deploying a test plan for reoccurring or common issues done from the development team to ensure that the level of satisfaction is maintained and improved as the business grows.
You will also be responsible for providing a system for recording and documenting all testing results performed, and generate reports that accurately detail defects found during testing and offer recommendations for improving existing processes and front-end design, and implementing new tools based on test results.

Skills and Experience
QA: Minimum of 2 years experience in QA Testing in Performance, Accessibility, Compatibility (mobile/desktop), and User Experience Testing and QA methodologies
WordPress Development. 1 year of front-end development experience with strong understanding of WordPress core and WordPress development standards.
Customer focused. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment interacting with multiple clients efficiently and able to provide assistance while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Thrive in team environments, and enjoy getting things done.
Work ethic. Possesses a strong willingness (commitment) to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done. Has a track record of working hard.
Must be methodical and detail-oriented. Should be able to walk through processes step-by-step, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

Additional Information:
Daily scrum meeting Mon to Fri at 8:30am to 9:30am
Compensation package commensurate with previous work experiences
Participate in employee performance bonus and incentive schemes.
Work 8 am to 5 pm Philippines time, Monday to Friday (earlier start and finish times can be proposed)
Work from home - you must have a reliable PC/Laptop and internet connection, and a place where you can work uninterrupted.
