We are currently looking for Quality Assurance Specialist (Customer Service)(DIRECT HIRE) RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate interactions both randomly and as a consequence of agent performance . Achieve monthly QA targets as a team effort. 100% competency and have a thorough understanding of customer's needs and product knowledge requirements. Manage your knowledge by participating in all team huddles and meetings . Provide support to the Operations Manager and team leaders when onboarding new employees with a goal to be able to step in when required. Provide the team with regular techniques to improve their soft skills and selling techniques. Communicate to the CC Leaders critical 'Red Alert' feedback ensuring everyone is across any PR or brand critical topics. Data cleaning of customer service error reports ensuring accuracy and correct categorization Listen to, accurately identify and record customer issues in customer service calls Creates weekly and monthly performance reports based on a template, gathering information from different sources: excel files, Tableau dashboard, google sheets Reports any data issues to the team Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professionalism customer support Keen attention to details and skills in handling customer Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree At least 1 to 2Year(s) of Customer Service experience in mobile phone industry. Excellent problem solving and comprehension skills. Excellent in English Language, both oral and written.
