JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
Must be a Licensed Chemist.
At least three years experience in Food Quality Assurance and/or Research and Development, Manufacturing, or related fields.
Knowledge in Food Science and Technology, including Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, and other relevant analytical techniques.
Preferably has experience in implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) such as HACCP, ISO systems FSSC and SPC (Statistical Process Control) program in a food plant environment.
Preferably with experience in bakery operations.
Must be willing to work in Laguna.
