MedRisk, Inc -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong earlier last year. They are continuously expanding their services, and need experienced Healthcare BPO associates to be part of their team!
The Quality Assurance Professional (QAP) is responsible for supporting all the teams within the HES Department by consistently providing an easy, efficient and productive customer experience for our internal clients and to make sure MedRisk is proficient with procedures and protocols.
This will be done by handling all type of quality audits for the HES Team: Customer Advocacy, Referral Management Web Leads and Patient Advocacy and Revenue Operations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete Call audits for all of the teams in the Customer/Patient Advocacy department, providing real time feedback for immediate coaching opportunities
Complete audits for HES Teams providing real time feedback for immediate coaching opportunities
Provide the tracking of completed audits to management.
Provide feedback to leadership team on trends that each department needs to focus on to ensure quality of work input
Participate in Quarterly Calibration meetings to ensure we are up to standard with department protocols/workflows
Identify potential or existing system and/or procedural challenges, and notify Team Lead / Supervisor and assist in resolution if needed.
Consistently meet MedRisk Customer Service & Quality standards
Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Lead.
Other duties as assigned.
Comply with HIPAA and URAC guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a college degree in any field (Nursing/PT/OT degree is a plus, but not required)
Must have experience in BPO industry
Experience with working for a Quality Assurance Department
Exposure to Customer Service projects
Familiar with medical terminology and codes (ICD-10, CPT) preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail orientated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and general computer literacy, working with dual screens
Time management and strong organizational skills required
Willing to work any assigned shift
Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City
*Preferably residing within Metro Manila only. Candidates in Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan area are welcome to apply as long as they are amenable to report onsite in Rockwell Business Center Sheridan - South Tower, Sheridan St., Mandaluyong City
*Must be willing to work on a night shift.
