Position Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Head Pharmaceutical Division

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift
Employment Type: Full-TimeJob PurposeThe QA Head is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function in the pharmaceutical division, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. This role oversees quality systems, audits, documentation, and team management, guaranteeing that products meet both local and international standards.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective implementation of quality management systems.
Develop, review, and enforce QA policies, SOPs, and GMP compliance.
Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
Monitor deviations, CAPA, change controls, and batch record approvals.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain for quality compliance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum of 710 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
