PRODUCTION LINE QUALITY ASSURANCE
 
Job Responsibilities:
Check/inspect, test and monitor standard specifications from raw materials, in-process, finished goods and storage (if applicable) based on established specification guides;
Comply with and implement the hygienic practices (e.g. personal hygiene, equipment, tools, work areas) based on established quality system i.e. 5S, SSOP, GMP, HACCP;
Responsible in keeping and maintaining records;<br>Maintain cleanliness of test equipment and (shared) work area
Practice accountability and effective communication among the members of the department;
Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
Check and test the quality of finished goods (FG); must be able to identify defects among FG(s) if any
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduate of BS Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / BS Food Technology
Preferably with at least 1 year experience on Meat processing, knowledge on Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Procedures for Food Preparation
Highly organized
Knowledgeable in Computer applications
With good attention to details and follow up
Have good oral and written communication skills
Proactive and able to lead with own initiative
