Job Description
Implement the QA/QC standards at the project site. Orients site personnel on these QA standards and procedures.
Verify if the quality related site activities are in accordance with the approved standards or compliant to applicable codes and standards.
Conduct field or laboratory tests and secure test results and certificates from the site or from the accredited testing centers.
Control all non-conformance reports and ensure that remedial works are undertaken.
Prepares and submits to management the summary reports on quality related issues encountered at the project.
Qualification
Must have professional license in Civil Engineering.
At least 3 years work experience in the same capacity for a real estate or water supply,port, harbors and pipe laying construction projects.
With in-depth knowledge in Structural, Architectural and MEPF work standards.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Must be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work load and work independently to meet commitments with minimal supervision.
