> Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
> Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
> Automate testing (preferably using Katalon)
> Manual testing
> Test mobile and/or web applications
> Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
> Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
> Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
> Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
> Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
> Monitor debugging process results.
> Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
> Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
> Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
> Assist the QA lead in handling the team.
> Define standards, processes and documentations needed in QA.
> Perform other tasks related to QA assigned by the QA lead.
> Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or any releated degree.
> Has minimum of 3 years work experience in software quality assurance.
> Has a minimum of 2 years hands-on work experience using automated testing tools (preferably using Katalon)
> Experience in writing automated tests from scratch (preferably using Katalon)
> Experience in executing automated tests in CI/CD pipeline (preferably using Katalon) is a plus
> Has a minimum of 1 year experience doing manual testing
> Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
> Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
> Experience with performance, api testing and/or security testing is a plus.
> Able to communicate well with all levels of management and peers within the organization.
> Practical experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.
> Knowledge with bug tracking tools preferably JIRA
> Has good interpersonal and team skills.
