The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for executing testing plans, looking for defects, and documenting them.
We are looking for a dependable and diligent Quality Assurance Associate who will execute testing efforts. We love working with team players who have an "all for one, one for all" mentality.
As a Quality Assurance Associate, we will rely on you to:
Ensure the quality of company products and services are above expectations.
Deploy quality assurance test scripts to discover bugs, issues, and problems users face.
Ensure the product and its features are functioning properly.
Work hand-in-hand with the product support specialists in addressing concerns sent by Kumu users.
Execute random testing of major features of the product.
Document results of test script deployment.
Document issues, bugs, and other technical problems.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree holder;
2-3 years experience in the same or similar field;
Flexible in their working hours;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
