Job Qualifications
Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer with Experience in Project Management or Graduate of Civil Engineering degree.
With 3-5 years' experience in project management.
With leadership qualities and can work with a team.
With good communications skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Knowledgeable in Administrative Responsibilities i.e. Reporting to Management and Admin Office via Alignment Meetings, Submission of Documented Updates on Site, Ensuring Established Workflow Processes are followed, and ability to delegate deliverables and tasks to Assistant Site Engineers.
Ability to conduct quality monitoring of all units being constructed on site and ability to supervise Contractors to make sure works both Progress and Quality of Work expectations are met.
Strict supervision and monitoring of all Contractors on site and timely reporting of any concerns to Admin Office.
Job Description
Reviews and approves proposed construction or renovation plans.
Reviews contract of outsource services (manpower and equipment's maintenance).
Formulates preventive maintenance program of all building facilities and equipment.
Ensures that the building or premises are properly maintained and secured.
Monitor and report the progress of the construction of and its corresponding facilities. He/she will be in charge of the day-to-day management and monitoring of the construction's progress, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the construction processes and activities undertaken to achieve timely delivery of infrastructures.
Ensure that established process workflows, protocol, documentations are followed.
Supervise and oversee the site to ensure that everything is in order and should coordinate to workers to implement the established Rules and Regulations of the Company.
