WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with at least 1 year experience in a related field and has previous work experience in an eCommerce Industry. You will be reporting to the Head of S.I. Quality team.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create quality measurements to track improvement in services
Execute quality improvement testing and activities
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Ensure services meet client expectations and demand.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year experience in a related field.
Has Amazon/eCommerce Experience.
Previous related experience as a QA Analyst is an asset.
Working knowledge of products and services
In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
Good client focus
Sharp attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and diligent attributes
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Has strong excel skills
Exceptional English communication verbal and written.
WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday 9AM-1PM EST, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible
