The Quality Assurance Analyst must be an IT graduate who possesses good oral and written communication and reporting skills, passionate about Quality Assurance in general and has a strong work ethics who can demonstrate "can do" attitude, good team player, eagerness to learn, good problem solving skills, hardworking, creative who always thinks outside the box, efficient, dependable and with sound moral and ethical principles who does the right thing.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a 4-year IT Graduate
Strong interpersonal skills such as good oral and written communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, dependability, and problem-solving skills
Can demonstrate strong work ethics e.g. "can do" attitude, efficiency, sense of urgency, willingness to learn, "thinks outside of the box" attitude, efficient, good time manager, hardworking and with sound moral and ethical principles who does the right thing
Must be passionate about Quality Assurance and Testing in general
Preferred Qualifications:
Learn cloud-based industry functionalities
Learn Agile concept and its application
Learn the principles of testing or quality assurance and increase knowledge through self-learning and experience
Must perform any QA related tasks for Automation and Manual such as but not limited to Requirements Gathering, Test Planning and Analysis, Test Design, Test Automation, Test Execution, Defect Reporting, configuration and setup, user management)
TypeScript testing
Closely collaborate and work well with different teams (technical and non-technical) and stakeholders in different time zones
Work in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency, can do attitude, visibility, and with efficiency
Handle various tasks and complete within the agreed delivery timeframe
Resolve technical problems and assess issues and risk with action plans
Follows through on the company and team specific policies and guidelines
Complete company and team specific mandatory training for technical and personal development
