Senior QA

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Work independently on large and/or complex technical projects with minimal supervision.
Network with key contacts outside own areas of expertise.
Work with a QA team to create and execute test plans, manual test cases, and automated test scripts based on design and requirements.
Analyze existing Selenium Java test automation scripts, develop, fix, and/or enhance.
Manage and maintain test assets including test data, and test machines.
Work with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts in the identification, development, creation, and improvement of the testing processes/framework.
Execute test automation and/or perform manual testing.
Analyze test results and report test status.
Assist with team training needs.
Collaborate not just with the Manila development team, but with counterparts in St. Paul and product teams in Manila
Continually seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and skills and stays current with evolving technology and/or business environment.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, or related discipline (may need additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position.
5+ years experience in development, research, product testing, or support.
5+ years of experience using Selenium Java and other test automation tool.
Familiar with AWS.
Experience in Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Release Management processes.
Proficient in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies. Utilizes technical and business expertise in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Mastery of testing tools; proficient in creation and execution of test case/scripts, various types of test, defect tracking.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, fluid technical environment.
