Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services produced by their company. They oversee the manufacturing of products and they are involved in every stage of making a product--from development and manufacturing to packaging.
Establishes and installs methods and procedures for process control and improvement, tests and inspects sample materials for defects and product deviations to ensure that the products are free of flaws and ensure quality. Monitors and analyzes trends, recommends and suggest improvements.
