Monitors on time and accurate submission of project documents, schedule/target, accomplishment reports and test results.
Maintains an updated progress of every project and checks against project schedules and targets.
Verifies accomplishments against contract drawings, stake out/projections and standards.
Validates all project records and test results.
May be tasked to monitor and witness different site activities to ensure quality in all standards of work and materials.
Conducts non-routine site inspections to ensure compliance to safety and quality standards, and to validate work permit requests.
Implement company, client & LGU policies on Safety Standards and Technical standards.
Review documents/records related to resource utilization and consumption.
Performs project audits manpower, materials/supplies and equipment tools or accomplishment to validate accuracy of project reports.
Monitor movement of all materials/supplies, tools and equipment.
Maintains and updates assigned systems/elements of the company's management systems and ensures its compliance with ISO.
Coordinates with client, LGU and stakeholders as necessary and as tasked.
Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored.
Preferably a Licensed Engineer with experience in handling Reclamation, Gabion, Shoreline and Flood Control projects.
