JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Food Technology
Knowlegeable in food and safety standards
Has good interpersonal and communication skills
Honest, Hardworking, can work with less supervision
can work on a shifting schedules and on holidays
Wiling to work in Inayagan, Naga City, Cebu
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the implementation of quality assurance on the production of goods and assist research and development activities
Quality Assurance
* Guide production, maintenance, logistics in compliance of sanitation and food and safety requirements.
* Evaluate raw materials in-process and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
* Review of process and procedures and make recommendation to address non-conformances.
* Assist production and or operating units in identifying potential problem base on observed data, deviation/changes.
* Participate in handling and investigation of Branch complaints and customers complaints.
* Ensure the proper maintenance of laboratory wares and equipment. Conducts calibration of laboratory measuring and test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Training and supervision of Production staff related to quality.
