Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyzes and qualifies the company's product to make sure it meets quality and production standards and customer requirements.2. Implement Quality Management System (QMS) and the Project Quality Plan (PQP) at production plant and project sites.3. Coordinates quality inspections with sub-contractors and all non-destructive testing on site.4. Conducts material testing on and off site as required.5. Control all non-conformance reports and undertake/recommend remedial action.6. Assists in developing/revising the QMS manual and the PQP for each specific project.7. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, and other important QA/QC documents.8. Reviews the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.9. Manages and resolves issues and concerns or escalates to Supervisor accordingly.10. Complies to ISO documentation standards in relation to responsibilities.11. Maintains organized files and related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Engineering graduate2. Knowledgeable in MS Office.3. Experience in developing and implementing Project Quality Plan.4. Two (2) years of work experience as QA/QC in a construction/manufacturing industry.5. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.7. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
