Specific Duties and Responsibilities1. Handles the development and promulgation as well as for conducting and implementing the QA and QC procedures for the projects to be fabricated at Crystal Steel Fabricators Phils., Victoria Wave Plant;2. Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance Quality codes and standards.3. Responsible for creating Quality Project Plan that supports the project and client's requirements on quality assurance and control. Ensure that all non-conforming project activities including all potential non-conformance are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.4. Responsible for all site inspection and coordination of inspection activities to ensure quality level.5. Ensure that all QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
6. Spearhead the Non-conformity process from identification, root cause analysis, corrective action, monitoring and closing of non-conformity in compliance to ISO standards for the company's QMS.7. Maintaining the quality assurance records and all related documentations.8. Handles the engineering works and project reports required for the proper monitoring and recording of all activities being done by the company at Victoria Wave Plant; and9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the Office Manager.
Job Specifications
Education RequirementsGraduate of BS- Civil Engineering or BS-Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Engineer preferred;
Work Experience
Candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in QA/QC in steel and /or Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication;Candidate must have an in-depth comprehension of the on-going projects and prepare complete check points to ensure good quality products for the duration of fabrication works.
