· Attend to Weekly Client's QA/QC Team Meeting and O&M/B&G Weekly Team Meeting.
· Attends to Monthly Health & Safety Inspection, SPC Audit, ISO Internal and External Audit as required by Client's ISO Secretariat Office or concerned Committee.
· Consolidate Weekly & Monthly Reports for the QA/QC for Client's perusal.
· Responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents to ensure timely, relevant, and accurate data.
· Involved on the assurance that the standard and best practices are followed and executed by the Technical Staff/Craftsperson and that the executed job scopes and strategies meets the client requirements and needs.
· Review the requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to the client.
· Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured plan. This shall involve the pre and post inspection of any job/scope's execution.
· Identify areas of improvements to the system process to align with the existing or current standard and best practices, reviews the system process and best practices to meet the client requirements and needs.
· Track quality assurance metrics for both Archibus PM Activities and E-Serve System.
· Support proactively all E2HSMS and QA activities, procedures and policies including the ISO compliance and best practices.
