Job Summary:
The main role of Quality assurance or QA testers is to deliver high quality, perfectly-functioning software in web applications and mobile applications to its clients. They will test and evaluate new and existing programs to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues. He/She will be also testing the software using Manual and Automation testing to make sure the quality production.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
Do the Test Run and Update test cases
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes, ensuring that test results are accurate, thorough, and appropriately documented.
Responsible to estimate testing efforts and identify dependencies to support defined testing scope/ timelines
Recommend possible enhancements on QA process, new technology, and web/ mobile development processes
Will identify, analyze, report and document defects, questionable functions and inconsistencies in product content and outlook
Interact and collaborate with users / stakeholders, and development teams
Analytical mindset and high attention to details
Troubleshoot and discover root cause of complex issues
Identify and raise blockers and critical issues in testing.
Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Degree/ Educational Background:
Must be a degree holder of Information Technology or Computer Engineering or any related course.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills involving communicating technical and non-technical information in writing and verbally

Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines
Good understanding of software development and testing life cycle and methodologies (SDLC and STLC)
Experience in white box and black box testing
Experience with following software testing types: Unit, Integration System, Sanity, Smoke, Regression Acceptance, Stress/Load, Usability and Security (at least 5)
Experience working with automated and performance testing tools: Selenium, Nunit, Appium, SoapUI, JMeter, Fortify (at least 1)
NET, Python and SQL (intermediate to advance)
