- Reviews and verifies failed product from 100% Screening
- Handles customer feedbacks and complaints
- Handles non-conforming products and customer returns (RTV materials)
- Reviews customer demands related to quality
- Reviews and implements customer drawings and specifications
- Performs corrective and preventive action follows-up for customer complaints
- Reviews and monitors implementation of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) on process
- Checks and approves documents such as Certificate of Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Handles incoming inspection of finish leadframe
