​Job Description
To prepare test plans/cases/scripts to meet related test deliverables.
To participate in all functional testing activities including release and iteration planning.
To interact with Business Analyst to understand software requirements.
To provide timely progress status updates for QAT, SIT, UAT.
To be able to understand, adapt and keep updated with relevant technologies and products.
To perform testing and documentation in line with user & system requirements to meet clients' needs.
To ensure quality and accuracy is maintained throughout the software test life cycle.
To ensure and protect company intellectual property(e.g. source code, documentation, etc)
Responsibilities
To lead the team to participate in end-to-end Application development and Support/Maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
To lead the team in implementing continuous improvements, to ensure application stability & performance to minimize support calls & service disruption; strong beliefs, arranging/providing training, and enforcement of good application is a must
To lead the team in maintaining application knowledge base
To lead the team toward technological excellent by staying at the forefront of technological advancement& patterns to ensure skill-set relevance and ability to provide better quality deliverables; as leader, ought to inspire team to expand their horizons even in the absent of self-experience
To demonstrate strong accountability for all the above mentioned activities and team's products, with pride in providing timely and high quality deliverables; through this process, to earn team's respect as a technical leader and role model.
Required Skills
Diploma or Degree Holder - in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field
2-3 years relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance and testing
Experience with automated testing is a big plus
Knowledge & Experience
Good understand of SDLC and processes
Usage experience in issue tracking system such as JIRA
Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
