Job Description
The role will play a vital role in web test and API test automation. The position will build automation framework and create test suites for salesforce UI testing and API integration. Also, this individual will execute end-to-end testing of software products in an agile lifecycle.
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years system testing with a focus on automation. Experience implementing test automation frameworks in an agile environment using tools like WebdriverIO, JavaScript and Postman. This individual is collaborative and has worked within an Agile environment. Experience with Salesforce platform is a plus.
You will be responsible to:
Automate UI and system integration testing for Salesforce
Advance existing and implement new automation frameworks to assist end to end, integration, load, security and mobile testing.
Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into tests and test scripts, build and enact detailed test plans and test cases
Design, write and execute automated tests
Perform root cause analysis of bug reports from internal and external stakeholders.
Create QA processes, and being a thoughtful leader in quality
Assist in building CI/CD pipeline.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in technology (CS, Computer Engineering) or 5+ years as a quality Engineer.
At least 3 years of experience scripting automation tests with JavaScript.
Experience with WebdriverIO automation tools
Experience with testing RESTFUL APIs or web-based applications in SaaS environments
Experience with API test automation tools such as Postman
Familiarity with Jira, Git, and agile software development
Experience with performance and load testing
Demonstrated aptitude for triaging, troubleshooting, and thoroughly testing complex systems
