What you'll do at Insight:
-Perform load tests to validate system performance and stability.
-Analyze tests results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes.
-Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability.
-Perform performance testing on all projects before deploying to production environment.
-Monitor system performance post-deployment.
-Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
-Oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.
-Generate periodic performance reports for management review.
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
What you'll need to join Insight:
-Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment
-3 years' experience implementing and executing performance and load tests
-Minimum 3 years' experience using load test and automation tools, i.e. LoadRunner, Flood.io, Blaze Meter, J-Meter and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to perform automated, load, performance, and/or stress testing in different application types and protocols like web applications and databases
-Minimum 3 years' experience using synthetic performance test tools, i.e. Dynatrace, Gomez and Keynote
-Experience with APM Monitoring tools, i.e. AppDynamics, ELK is a plus
-SQL knowledge and ability to execute basic queries a plus
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
-Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan and execute a goal
-Must be willing to work night shift schedule
-Experience and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus.
