Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation Defect Report, Test Summary Reports and Defect Metrics
Develop and validate complex SQL scripts
Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status
Data mining and detailed data analysis on data warehousing systems
Execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of data related projects
Responsible for tracking defects in QC/ALM from validating the defect, assigning the defects to the development team and closing the defect after successful retesting.
Conducta daily status calls during IT and UAT for test execution and defect tracking.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 5-8 years of experience in Banking Functional Testing with minimum 4 years experience in Data Warehouse, Data Migration, and ETL Testing projects.
Have experience in baselining Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
With exposure to different technologies such as MongoDB, SQL Server 2008/2010, SAS, Teradata SQL Assistant, TOAD, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Datastage 8.5 / 9.1, Informatica, Python, Bigdata, and Hadoop
Ability to manage a small team and have a strong understanding of various testing cycles, and release activities.
Experience in analyzing transformations from DMS mapping documents and create SQL scripts
With Data Warehouse experience
